Kentucky Marijuana Telemedicine Appointments
Kentucky's medical marijuana program launches in 2025, and we will be pre-booking appointments in November.
All appointments must be in-person at one of our office locations. In 2026, when it's time for your renewal, you can meet with your doctor online through telemedicine.
Renew Your Kentucky Marijuana Card Recommendation Online
Kentucky Marijuana Card will offer medical marijuana renewal evaluations via telemedicine appointments! Qualifying Kentucky patients can be evaluated and renewed for medical marijuana treatment by one of our physicians from the safety and comfort of their own homes. Through a telemedicine appointment, patients will meet with one of our physicians through an online video conference using either their smartphone, computer or tablet.
Kentucky Medical Marijuana Telemedicine - How Does it Work?
Once it's time for your medical marijuana renewal in 2026, you'll schedule your telemedicine appointment by calling us at (833) 781-6360 or by scheduling online, and a patient intake form will be emailed to you to be completed. While submitting your form, you will also need to provide us with a copy of a current Kentucky driver's license or state-issued ID.
Once your information is received, we will email you your appointment details, which will include a link to your virtual evaluation. When it comes time for your appointment to begin, you will be connected to one of our physicians who will review your patient records, discuss medical marijuana treatment, and upon receiving approval, renew your certification. It's that simple!

Even if you're not a technology expert, we will make the telemedicine process easy for our patients! All you need is an internet connection via your smartphone, computer, or tablet. We will email you a link to your appointment, directing you to our online waiting room. And, when your doctor is ready, they will begin your virtual visit!

How Soon Can I Get Approved With Telemedicine?
Providing evaluations through telemed allows us more flexibility when it comes to scheduling. Once it is time for your renewal, we will offer telemedicine appointments 6 days a week with extended hours. This increased availability means that you can renew your certification as soon as you want, once you complete the following steps.
Step 1: Schedule an appointment online, or by calling us at (833) 781-6360.
Step 2: Complete the intake form sent to your email address.
Step 3: Ensure we have copies of your medical records showing your qualifying condition, as well as your state-issued ID. You'll have an opportunity to upload this information in your intake form, but you can also send these documents through email or fax.
Step 4: Make payment with a credit or debit card by phone.
Step 5: Once steps 1 - 4 are complete, you're good to go. We will then be able to move your appointment up as soon as you'd like, even same-day, and get you speaking with the doctor from the comfort of your home.
Remember, telemedicine appointments are for renewals only, so this service won't be available until 2026. However, in the meantime, you can schedule your in-person appointment at one of our convenient office locations!

At the time of your appointment, you'll be connected with the doctor. It's that easy!
